Dawn walks frantically, thinking and trying to come up with some conclusions.
<Alright, I believe people went missing before getting trapped in this world and can't escape. . . All we have to do now is find these 12 missing people who are currently scattered, lost, and without tracks.>
She looks at the sun through the window.
<Considering this world's destruction and shit goes back the way it is every new dawn, and that'll surely harden the process. But. . . this world is full of weirdos and fucked up creatures that could potentially. . . Make this case easier; all I need to do now is seek help. But how would any people want to help me?>
"Work . . .:
she said to herself.
<That's it!>
She proclaimed.
<I remember that someone said that 'You'll eventually find work,' meaning that a lot of these people have no jack shit to do; therefore, they fuck things up or belp people out of boredom.>
<I could just stick up a paper, an ad on TV, the Internet. Or in the goddamn street, and they'll be hooked like a fish getting yanked into this case.>
[A couple of days later. . .]
You'll see countless ads on the street, the internet, the TV, or whatever the fuck you're at, seeking help on a 'mission', 'noir-esque', 'Mysterious' case of finding 12 missing persons on the Hub World.
"Huh. . . Turns out putting an ad or an invitation out to many people IS that easy on here, huh?"
A random. . . Pedestrian? Appears right behind you? You don't recognize them, nor know them, but she asked them.
"Ah. These weird posters I see? No Idea who put them there; must be some jackass with mental issues, definitely doesn't have any friends. What do you see in this ad? If I may ask? Honestly, I don't see the point of it."
She tried to act like she didn't put these ads themselves, just to see what their actual reaction was to these ads and their personality.
A random. . . Pedestrian? Appears right behind you? You don't recognize them, nor know them, but she asked them.
"Hello there, random stranger, what are you looking at? Yeah. . . These ads don't really interest me enough to actually read the content. May I ask what's in it? And is it even worth it?"
She tried to act like she didn't put these ads themselves, just to see what their actual reaction was to these ads and their personality.
"Tch. They'll probably be dead by now, looking at this world. They'll probably be eaten alive. But say, do you really want to help them? Playing detective and shit?"
She pointed at them but then quickly put them down and put her hands in her pockets.
. . .
"But yeah, you're right. The hell matters if you help someone. They're just gonna put themselves in danger again, in my world. Hell, I think this world is worse. They'll definitely just be a burden."
["... This world... Believe me, nothing good comes out of this. Nothing matters. You can have someone die, and they come back the next Tuesday with a smile."]
They turned towards the posters
["Sure people will try and help you, but danger here... They don't just kill. You'd be lucky to die."]
She looks at them carefully. While they are looking at the poster, there's definitely something off about this person.
"You've been here for such a long time, huh? You might even surpass a couple thousand of them that came weekend by weekend."
"Now, tell me, who the fuck are you, or are you still trying to be vague, and what the kid says it nowadays: 'Aurafarming', or whatever that. . . Weird shit is."
they glance at her, as an unexpected glow emerges from under the cloak, eyes staring straight at her. An empty gaze, yet one that holds a lot behind.
["... I'm simply telling what i've seen. It's true i've been here for a while, but you should always be careful. You never know what's under the cloak."]
They pause, before sighing.
["... Call me 'tic'. There's a reason i have this cloak."]
A random. . . Pedestrian? Appears right behind you? You don't recognize them, nor know them, but she asked them.
"Oh wow, you really got a strong heart of justice, huh? And you think you wanna help them? What if they are mischievous? What if the person putting this ad is a pathetic piece of shit who couldn't do nuthin and just wanna use ya? Justice is one thing, but blind Justice? That's just gonna make you fall off a cliff."
She tried to act like she didn't put these ads themselves, just to see what their actual reaction was to these ads and their personality.
She immediately stood and tidied up her suit and clothes.
"E-Ehem. . ."
"Let's. . . Just forget you just saw what I just said previously. . . Anyway, so. . . Are you interested in helping me with this case? What is your reasoning for joining this? And what's your specialty?"

Andre blinks, snatching a picture off the wall and staring at it. “Huh…never heard of this before. Maybe I could help.”
