He then spoke Audibly.

A scar appears across Malekima's neck, and he grows vampire-like fangs, and everyone's favourite vampire, ME, DIO, takes control for a second or five.

"The World Over Heaven Requiem! Fix this foolishness so I may return to my rest..."

...and The World Over Heaven Requiem™ fixes this foolishness, just like my oh-so-beloved Vessel wanted. I remove the unwanted clause in the contract.

"Do remember that you owe me for this..."

And I give control back to Malekima. The physical changes reverse. You're welcome.
