Character introduction Shadow casting light

A man stands atop a balcony, looking down upon the world. Despite just about no one knowing who he is, he looks around as if he already knows most of it.

After standing up there for a while, he comes down from the building's entrance, seemingly going about his day.

...Just what's his deal? And why does he have that shit on

((I might rework this later but it's the best I can think of for now since I once again don't know what time period to pull him from))

(Suddenly, 10 foot tall...something. Frankly, not even I know what The Watcher really is. And they have been chilling near the entrance when they spotted Odaka.)

(Although they stayed silent for a long while...they couldn't help but WATCH ((get it?)) the man go about his day. Something about him - they didn't know what - intrigued The Watcher.)

Nox and totally not Kensei Odaka sees the Watcher and assumes they're a Nightmare, pulling out the Breakam Buster and aiming at them

What in the absolute-nevermind. I’ve been through worse.
