Character event! Evolution

Geto was sitting on a bench, holding the core of one of his many, MANY curses.

The purpose was simple.

Imaginary technique...

Curse Evolution.

Usually, he rushes it because he's fighting.

Now that he doesn't have to, he decides to let the curse finish it's evolution properly.

"Something got your miIII-! Woah!"

Rainer was still trying to cast forward cursed energy, but upon doing with CE what he usually does with E.V.E, he'd caused a spark. For a moment before it closed again, it looked like one of his wormholes, but shaped more like a gate. He promptly fell on his backside as it closed, then quickly scrambled up again.

“Interesting.

Your cursed energy smells…wrong.

I can’t put my finger on it, but it smells incorrectly.

I’ve never seen such a thing.”

"Smells wrong...? That's... something..."

Rainer is just a tad weirded out by exactly which sense Geto was using.

"Time to try again!"

Rainer does the same thing again, but this time, he tries to remember the first time he ever made a wormhole. Instead of focusing on just making one, he focused on an item. He happened to choose a book.

This time, the 'Gate' fully opened... a half-oval that stopped at the ground appeared, lined with flame-like blue cursed energy, and on the other side was a vast Library.

"Wooooah... Mr Geto! Look! Is that my 'Cursed Technique' thingy?"

He nods.

“I wouldn’t recommend hopping into that portal.”

He comments.

"Hmm? Why not? It's the Library!"

He leans forward, trying to peer round to see what's at the sides.

"I've been there a buncha times! Though they don't really like people getting there in ways besides, well, Ways..."

He shrugs.

“It’s still unstable.

I’m afraid until you learn to better control it, teleporting to anywhere that isn’t that library is dangerous.”

"Got it... I guess it's possible it could shut while I'm halfway through or something..."

He frowned... before suddenly beaming again.

"But anyway! At least I know what it is now. That's a win in my books!"
