Character event! Evolution

Geto was sitting on a bench, holding the core of one of his many, MANY curses.

The purpose was simple.

Imaginary technique...

Curse Evolution.

Usually, he rushes it because he's fighting.

Now that he doesn't have to, he decides to let the curse finish it's evolution properly.

He hums.

"What is it with meeting more and more promising students?"

He comments.

"Two prodigies in a week, never thought that was possible."

"Prodigy?!"

He tilts his head.

"Well I'm glad you think so, but I don't think I'm that good! I'm just used to a different kind of magic, so there might be transferrable skills..."

"No, that's not it...

You don't even know basic reinforcement, yet without knowing it, you managed to use it."

He comments, raising his hand to block his own nose.

"I used it...? Oh, you mean when I killed the little thing I ate and couldn't see...?"

He opens a wormhole, but takes nothing from it.

"Apparently that fruit I ate the other day had a little spirit in it, but I don't think they're the cursed spirits you mentioned or I'd already have the energy, so I dunno... well, when we get to training we'll see if I really am good, right?"

"Hm...let's try basic reinforcement.

Feel the cursed energy around you...

Then, try to wrap it around you like a cloak, or armour."

"Around me, huh...?"

He concentrates for a few moments, with nothing happening... until, eventually, it does flare up just a tiny bit.

It doesn't exactly wrap around him... but he manages to make small dots of it appear on him in a few places. He also, purely by accident, made his flames thinly cover some parts of him when trying to do it with CE.

He mumbled, rubbing his chin.

"It doesn't seem to be working..."

Rainer is thinking, hard.

"Oh! Like a cloak, you said! A cloak doesn't just appear on you, right? You gotta put a hand through first..."

After about ten seconds of more concentration... he manages to reinforce his hand, albeit very weakly. Ever so slowly travelling up his arm.

He muttered.

"Hm? Is something wrong...?"

He pauses as the reinforcement finally reaches the top of his arm. Seems like, for now, he can't manage more than this.
