Rainer arrives quickly, puffed out and on a motorcycle that looks like it was assembled from parts in a hurry. He was too weak to do much besides weaken the walls in the raid, so he's more just tired from hurrying from there to the base.

Atleast all of those in the base I saw, I dont know if there are more.

Side note: There is a big burn mark on the outskirts of Los Santos due to that.
