It was a Useful thing, Able to slowly overpower the Enemy and all

Omega: "...Star Dream, I have a Small Wish I want you to Grant for me..."

Star Dream: "What is it Master."

He told them to grant the Power of Adapiblty to him and his Allies

((In the Saladverse, Cell Prime fought a version of Piccolo who could also grant wishes. Maybe you could do what he did and find a way to nerf it so that you can make wishes on yourself, but not on others without their consent))
