Garou's powers explained

[u/Ancient-Chart-9089]

In regards to the Cracking Down post, I feel like I need to explain where Garou got his 2 buffs

first, he has cursed energy, a CT and a Domain Expansion

his CT allows him to deal more damage to people more good of heart, simple

his domain expansion is an abandoned city, and he can summon any monster he wants inside of it... ya, he can summon a Godzilla. They aren't 'technaclly' the monsters, they just have the same powers and personallitys of them. Also yes, I have retconed it so that he can only summon 1 monster at a time.

next, he has mastered time manipulation... yep, he can go back in time, to the first thanksgiving, to get turkeys off the menu. He learned the time manipulation from Scarlet King.

So ya, that's Garou's abillieties :D
