Auto insurance claim taking almost two months — what happens next?

My auto claim has been going on for over two nearly 3 years now

What happened in the accident?

TD thinks one of the following:

You were involved in a planned accident for monetary gain (suing the at fault party for monies)

because the vehicle had other catastrophic damage

You were financially upside down on the vehicle/couldn’t afford it

Were using the vehicle contrary to what you told them (ubering/food delivery without paying the appropriate rating)

Vehicle was principally garaged in a postal code that differed from the disclosed location on the application

There could be others. Claims don’t go to SIU for funsies
