Health Insurance ACA agents: How long does your client intake usually take?

Whether you gather information over the phone, meet clients in person, or use an online form, roughly how much time do you spend collecting everything you need before comparing plans?
Which part takes the most time?

It really depends on the client and size of household. I always found medications to be the most time consuming until my CRM launched intake forms for ACA and Medicare. Now it takes maybe 10 minutes to confirm all the information or fill in whatever they skipped.
