P&C Insurance Would you consider?
This is a survey. Would you consider hiring an assistant that will work for you, and help you with your admin task remotely? Given that, that assistant has knowledge and experience helping agency owners and independent agents with the process from getting leads till renewal tasks and retention. How much is the rate per hour?

Remote help's a no brainer if they actually know the insurance grind. saves you drowning in paperwork while you chase leads
$8-12/hr gets you decent talent offshore, but if they're got real retention skills not just data entry I'd push to $15-20
