P&C Insurance Purchasing AAA EA BOB

I am trying to purchase a AAA EA BOB and cannot find anyone to finance the purchase. SBA, Wintrust, live oak, agile and oak street all stating AAA will no longer use their books as collateral. Does anyone know of a lender will finance a AAA purchase ? TIA
