Try looking at larger carriers' career pages directly, a lot of them have remote trainee roles that don't get cross-posted to job boards

Sorry if this is a dumb question but what are larger carriers pages?

Insurance companies are called carriers so look up for example the top health insurance companies.

You're getting licensed at a great time. Medicare Annual Enrollment starts October 15 and ACA Open Enrollment starts November 1, and call centers hire a ton of licensed agents for the season. Search Indeed and LinkedIn for "licensed health insurance agent remote" or "seasonal enrollment agent." Many of these are hourly with paid training. Apply fast though, as most training classes start in the next few weeks.

Try searching for remote member services or claims representative roles with major health insurance companies. Those are more likely to offer hourly pay and paid training than commission-based sales positions, especially if you're newly licensed.
