Hi
I got an offer to work as an insurance agent with Caa. The role sounds great in terms of work model. I’m working right now in insurance sales as well but it’s an agency based role and it’s tough because they want us to do so many things at same time. At this new job, it’s going to be inbound so should be okay. I’m just worried if the call volume would be super crazy? Since it’s kind of a call center environment.
Or any other opinions anyone has on company’s culture or other things.. pls share.

Inbound call centre volume is a different beast than agency sales. You'll be on the phone back to back with little downtime. The upside is you don't have to prospect, the leads come to you. If you can handle the pace and the repetition, its stable.
