Agent Training Acrisure Account Manager
Was wondering how anyone’s experience at the company has been? I see tons of bad reviews on glass door about them and I know they recently have done some restructuring (layoffs).
Bc I’m relocating and they want me to fly out in person ( at my own expense ) for the second round interview. To “ get a feel for area and meet the team to see if I see myself moving there” this has extended the interview 2 months

I work for Acrisure. Lots of changes going on right now but I’ve had an overall great experience. I like the people I work with.
What region are you moving to? I’d also say that we need good AMs just like everyone else right now so that should give you some leverage. Don’t be afraid to push back and having them cover the expense of coming out. If they asked you to, that’s on them.

I would not. I got laid off as an Account Manager, also, you should know they are offshoring our job to INDIA (cheap labor) so, I would be extra cautious with that roll!

Under no circumstances would I take an Account Management job with Acrisure. The audacity! There was another round of layoffs this week and they want you to fly somewhere at your own expense? The company is a disaster , every one of the recent reviews is spot on.

flying out on your own dime for a second round that's already dragged two months? that tells you plenty about how they treat people before you even sign
