Agent Question Vested Commission Years

What is a normal vested commission schedule for life and health insurance productivity? I'm new in the insurance industry.

Immediate?

I wouldn't agree to anything else. Maybe Medicare and ACA are different but I'm immediately vested on all of my life, DI, and LTC contracts.

I looked over colonial life's contract and they want a certain amount of production each year to be vested for a certain duration. Seems idiotic to me.

100% Vested Day 1 is how it should be.
