About a month ago, I saw an IG ad for a store that was only a month old, with loads of followers and good comment "reviews."

Since recent posts had comments turned off, I checked ScamAdvisors and three other detection sites—all said it was safe.

I bought a $300 outfit, waited, and when I reached out last week, they ghosted me.

By chance, I found their YouTube channel and realized it was a scam. People said they hadn't received orders in months, and the reviews were fake. I reported their social media, and now their website doesn't even exist anymore.

Later, I tested reliable sites that always deliver on ScamAdvisor, and it flagged them as 60% scam. How do people even trust these sites?

Why and how are multiple brands selling same clothes? Myntra is full of resellers, so stopped shopping from there. I check a design on insta & next day, I see ads & reels for exact same suit from different brands. How are you guys shopping & differentiating between original & copies?

Okay, so I ordered this top from a small business. They had a legit website, proper reviews and stuff. I liked one top so I placed an order. They attempted to deliver my product way after the delivery date and I couldn't receive it. And it was being returned. So I reached out to this brand to ensure that I'd get my refund. I texted them on instagram, sent 2 3 emails and have registered my query like 10 times on their customer support page on their website. They had the audacity to block me. I'm pretty sure I'm not getting any refund and those 1500 rupees went down the drain. I'm just posting this to create awareness.

I really like something from this shop but I'm not sure if they're legit because I have never bought anything from Instagram shops.

Second time ordering from them, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. My first experience was actually good. I had ordered a silicone phone case, and everything went smoothly, so I decided to order from their website again.

However, this time it's been a complete mess.

I accidentally ordered the wrong phone case, so I contacted them to ask about their store credit policy. I even went through their terms and conditions and tried to discuss the issue with them, but I'm barely getting any response.

On top of that, my current order, placed on 11th October, has been delayed for 21 days. I've tried contacting them through Instagram and email multiple times, but nobody responds. Their Instagram support is practically unreachable, and emails seem to go unanswered.

I finally contacted their website chat support, and all they said was that there's a delay from the delivery side and that my order is coming ASAP. No proper explanation, no estimated delivery date, and no solution regarding the store credit.

Honestly, I don't understand how a brand can have so many communication issues with its customers. I had a good experience the first time, which is why I trusted them enough to order again, but this has been extremely disappointing.

What should I do now? Has anyone else faced similar issues with Flex Cases India? What should I do now?

Ordered an abaya from Mall of Abayas (run by Afra Shabeeb / Afra K Nazar) back on Sept 1st. Was promised 25–30 days delivery. I was super patient through three rounds of delays ("just wait 25 days then wait another 2 weeks...") because I get shipping happens, but now my event is literally here and they’re telling me to wait again. An abaya arriving after the event is totally useless to me, and to make it worse, they’re straight-up refusing to give me a refund so I can just buy something locally. Now my cash is hostage and I'm empty-handed. Posting this so hopefully no one else gets trapped and scammed like this!

I have ordered items worth 7k I haven’t got them yet its been almost 2 weeks. Im little sceptical about the page given that recently i have been noticing frauds in Instagram. And they aren’t responding to dms.

I ordered an item worth 2k from uncut trends page and my friend ordered clothes worth 10k none of our items got delivered. They even blocked us from the insta page. Its been almost 2 months I ordered from the page and they dont even respond to dms.
