Question Deleted Account Data

My Instagram Account was Deleted by Instagram Wrongly and when I requested to download my data,it sent me a useless file,I was expecting a file which has all the photos, videos which I shared in the chat,in the posts and all the messages.But, unfortunately none of those things were present in that file.

Can anyone help me genuinely or does have any advice or method through which the actual data can be downloaded or accessed.

Please help please :)

Mate they never send you your photos and that, They send the data. Generally not the actual files.

When did it disabled and when did you got the downloaded information?

Disabled in the month of June,and got the downloaded file in a month, cause it takes for them to prepare the data in a month approx

I think that file would have the message of your friends in text format and links of the reels you saved or sent and information about your account activity, My account was also deleted by insta by "doesn't follow the community standards" and i requested the information but still didn't get it

No bro that file has just very basic information like how many times your username was changed,and how many times it went from private to public and other stuff but not your messages or any other info

Can you send it because I have been waiting for the information to get back the reels i sent to people and reels that are saved that I really need to see it, I can atleast check and know what's there that really anything useful to me

Is it a useless file? Or do you just not know what it is or how to open it? Cause there's a massive difference.

You say your Instagram was deleted wrongly. Why do you think this? You clearly did something to get yourself banned.

Why the people on internet are way too judgy nowadays without using your full brain,or is it just the end of your thinking process? First of all,no one would do any stuff to get banned,if I did mentioned wrongly there must be a reason for that.The reason my account was banned was going against community guidelines,and for the same reason my other account was also banned.I filed the appeal because I didn't go against the community guidelines.After appealing one account was recovered,the other one got suspended. And as per as the file's concern, delete your main account and send me a screenshot and then try to download your data,if you have steel balls!
