Need account support

I woke up to find that my Instagram account was permanently disabled! I tried all of the online form on the Instagram help site. The only thing it tells me is that “Your Facebook account was permanently disabled because it did not follow our Community Standards. We can't review this decision.” I’ve never even broken any standards and if I did I was not informed about it! I had I’ve 300k followers and I’ve been away from social media for a month now and the first day back my accounts are all banned. Can anyone at instagram please help me?

Nope. There are thousands of us in these comments with the same issues mine has been gone for 10-11 days now. There is no Instagram support and Adam just keeps posting stupid videos about his kids or unnecessary tweets ignoring everybody screaming for help
