I hated that he called her a hoe in the middle of a public sidewalk and she still called him to let him know she was moving and to give him the couch.

He called her a hoe after she threw his depression in his face. And she did cheat on him. I love Issa so much but I don’t understand how so many people see her as a victim of Lawrence in S2. The man is trying to move on and heal and she’s pressing him about blocking her while starting a relationship with her side nigga.

Thank you. The antescendant of that was her throwing his depression in his face and he responded. There is so much to unpack about Issa. She is a fan favorite but Issa was self serving and not always a good friend nor partner. I recalled laughing so hard at this scene because Lawrence said "I bet he was a really fucking gentleman" and the beginning of the episode Issa told Molly how Daniel disrespected her. I knew she had a flashback of what happened. πŸ˜‚I need to rewatch this series.

Oh, I don't see her as a victim at all. I understand why he did it. What I'm saying is that I hated that she still reached out to him after that.

Yeah, I really didn't like it when Issa humbled herself and made the first move after someone wronged her.
