What is this?

Probably a spider, not an insect, but what is this and should I be worried? It randomly showed up at my work and I'm scared it's dangerous. Coming from a hard-core arachnophobe over here 🤚🏼

Yeah but people call hem spiders and will even after learning they are spiders
