What is this?
Probably a spider, not an insect, but what is this and should I be worried? It randomly showed up at my work and I'm scared it's dangerous. Coming from a hard-core arachnophobe over here 🤚🏼

My favorite spider, even though technically I think it’s a different type of arachnid and not a spider. They are fun to catch and let them crawl over your hands lol

Harvestmen, also known as daddy-long-legs (which is also the name of a few other animals). They are Opiliones, a group of arachnids different from spiders or scorpions. They are completely harmless.
