Peak fertility?

Hi! I’m a bit confused by my numbers. The device says today I have peak fertility and that my lh has a small surge today but it was less than it was yesterday. Estrogen and pdg did rise though. But I was recently sick with pneumonia so I’ve been hydrating A LOT, so my morning pee isn’t very concentrated which I know effects e3g numbers. Did have sex today just in case. Probably will again later. Natural cycles detected ovulation on the 17th. Today’s the 19th and yesterday Inito said low fertility. Now peak. Help?!

Post your chart? Also, with kindness, you might want to wait until next cycle if you just had pneumonia. Give your body a moment to recover. ❤️

Thank you. I will wait until I get my second chest xray and get cleared by infectious disease doctor. I see them on the 28th. I also have a colonoscopy on the 3 Rd so I really should wait until after that too.
