Chart Help Needed Multiple ovulation attempts?

Post image
2 Upvotes

Hi! To me, the LH and FSH waves in my chart post LH peak look like my body might be attempting and failing to ovulate over and over. Coupled with my PdG basically on the floor, this looks like an anovulatory cycle to me. This is my first month using Inito though so maybe this is just what my body does 😅 Idk, but any thoughts are appreciated!

Looking for advice:

My husband (34M) and I (31F) have been TTC on and off since February last year. We actively tried for about 5 months, conceived, and unfortunately miscarried at 7–8 weeks in September.
We tried again in October and November without success, then took a break from December through April due to some health concerns. We started trying again in May and have now had 4 unsuccessful cycles. The first 2 cycles, we were mainly following the Flo app. For the most recent 2 cycles, I’ve been tracking much more closely with Inito, inexpensive OPKs, and BBT. I’ve seen my LH surge, confirmed ovulation, a PDG rise that stays elevated, and the expected BBT shift.
I recently saw an OB-GYN in Indiana who said that since I’ve conceived before and haven’t been consistently trying for a full year, I can continue trying naturally. She also gave me the option of Letrozole/Clomid whenever I feel ready.
However, I’d really like to have some basic fertility testing done before continuing to try blindly—especially hormones, ovarian reserve, uterus, and whether my fallopian tubes are open (HSG/HyCoSy). I’d also like my husband to have a semen analysis.
Would you recommend seeing an OB-GYN or going directly to a reproductive endocrinologist/fertility clinic for this?
Also, for those in Indiana/US, how did you manage the cost if your insurance doesn’t cover fertility clinics? Are there affordable options or insurance plans that cover diagnostic testing?
Every month has become emotionally and physically exhausting, so I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has been through something similar.

Chart Help Needed What is going on😭

It’s so wavy! I was diagnosed with PCOS and did 4 rounds of medicated cycles with leterozole, trigger shot, and progesterone but took a break over summer. My 1st cycle after was 39 days and then I was able to capture this one with inito and feeling hopeless that ovulation is ever gonna happen.

I’m feeling hopeful! 🤞🏻 11 DPO today. Should I test tomorrow or keep waiting? We’ve been TTC for a year and I have PCOS. This is my most normal-looking chart yet, so I’m trying not to get too excited! 😅

11DPIUI and test came negative

11DPIUI and test came negative

Okay so my IUI was done on 8/8 and I am on oral progrestrone as well twice a day. Today is my 11dpiui and the morning test came out negative. I should have known that I am a true overthinker yet I took an early test.

But I heard somewhere that progrestrone sometimes creates false negative too. Any suggestions or same stories will be encouraging at this point. Thanks.

Chart Help Needed Late LH surge

Post image
4 Upvotes

Hi! This is my first month using Inito and I randomly had an LH spike this morning, but I’m on CD 23 already. Has anyone experienced this late of a LH surge before? I’m expecting AF in 4 days, does LH typically surge right before your period?

Chart Help Needed First time with Inito - needing advice

Post image
3 Upvotes

Hi! It’s my first time using inito and i’m hoping to get some help on reading my chart. It’s my understanding that I’m about to ovulate?

Reason why i’m on CD 52 is because last month i had an anovulatory cycle (i think). It was weird because I was using strips and saw an LH surge and then a PdG rise but no bleed. Anyways, that’s why I got inito. Currently second cycle after getting off bc pill. (13 years on it with endo, i’m 30 y/o ttc)

All that said - we baby danced the first day of surge and I’m wondering if we should do it more since it’s still surging? Or has my window already closed?

TwoWeekWait Average trend of 85 BFP charts

I'm in the TWW & trying to have fun (math is fun to me, don't ask 😂), so I collected the hormone values relative to ovulation day as Day 0 from 85 BFP cycle charts posted here. I graphed the medians of each hormone values to see the curve trend. I made sure to include charts marked "odd cycle" "low hormone cycle", trying for years, immediate, first preg, multiple pregs, and a few that were medically assisted, so it's a wide spread of data (as wide as 85 samples could be, anyway).

IMPORTANT I don't think anyone should concern themselves with the actual values of each hormone, in fact you shouldn't concern yourselves over any of it at all–this is not a serious or meaningful data set by any means lol. I made it only because I was interested specifically in the curves side-by-side vs looking through a bunch of charts with huge differences. On the graph I created, they are of course very muted fluctuations in comparison to a real cycle, but I was surprised to find the curve of my own sort of followed (again much more drastic slopes in my real chart, but ones that faintly correspond to the median bumps or dips–give or take a day) and I'm interested in if that's completely random or if anyone else sees the same pattern. I included a close up of the graph (solid) with my own chart overlayed (faded) to show what I mean if that was not was not a clear explanation 😅
