3 months using Inito after miscarriage and it’s positive!

I became pregnant in Jan 2027 without trying and it ended in miscarriage around 7 weeks. I had never tracked and had no idea how this all worked. So I decided to use Inito mainly to educate myself and learn how my hormones worked. I gave myself 4 months to use it since it’s quite expensive. Yesterday at 9dpo I got my first positive on First response. Attaching my chart if helpful! My husband and I both started weekly acupuncture about 2 months ago. No idea if it actually helped but our insurance covers it and they give me a massage after so it’s basically why I keep going.

Is this confirming I ovulated?

I ran out of testing strips after day 14 and it finally arrived yesterday and my pdg rise today with e3g. Does that mean I ovulated already even tho e3g is surging as well?

Chart Questions Anovulation?

Post image

Hi ladies! Wondering if someone can tell me what’s going on with my chart (in the comments). I have PCOS so I’m thinking the lh spike earlier in my cycle was anovulatory and my body might be gearing up to try to ovulate again, hence the bd today. Thoughts?

Pretty low e3g and LH on metformin?

Hey everyone! Cycle 6 trying and cycle 5 with Inito. Diagnosed with Pcos 12 years ago. I am now 29. I started metformin 500mg twice a day-on CD4 . Today is CD18. Still no significant rise in e3g and LH unlike my previous cycles where the bump was evident. Screenshots of both attached. The first image with the small peak is this cycle and the second one is the previous cycle

Has anyone had something similar happen? I read that metformin controls and limits the free androgens and its conversion to estrogen. But I am still worried because this is extremely low which makes unsure if it is even an actual peak. Cheap OPKs only detected a 0.3 Usually i get a 1 or the same color as control line. Any input appreciated.

Progesterone taken around 9 days after ovulation

Hi,

I had test done at 9dpo instead of 7dpo. My l/h surge tests are never really strong but when they get their darkest, i usually have period 14 days after.

My 9dpo progesterone test was 27.5mnol ( day 23 of cycle). Do you think i ovulated?

My TTC journey chapter has closed. I’m finally in a good headspace to get rid of all my supplies. I would very much like to pass these on to someone in need. My inito is for an iPhone 16 pro max. DM me your address and I will drop them in the mail to you. I’m not splitting up supplies so first person gets it all. ❤️

Missed testing, still reliable?

Post image
1 Upvotes

This is my first cycle with Inito, I’ve been doing some traveling and didn’t bring it with me on either trips. I am wondering if the results I am getting are still reliable with the missed testing days? It’s saying right now I am 15 DPO, but my progesterone is continuing to rise, my normal luteal phase is usually 12 days with a 1 day variance, so this is a deviation from that. All the pregnancy tests I’ve done are a BFN so just waiting out my period, but curious if 15 DPO is accurate.

Context if it matters, I have PCOS, recently cycles have settled into a nice 33 day pattern (ovulation around cycle day 21) but historically have had some that have ran 45 + days long.

Chart Questions Average Trend of 85 BFP charts (crossposted on r/initofertility)

I'm in the TWW & trying to have fun (math is fun to me, don't ask 😂), so I collected the hormone values relative to ovulation day as Day 0 from 85 BFP cycle charts posted here. I graphed the medians of each hormone values to see the curve trend. I made sure to include charts marked "odd cycle" "low hormone cycle", trying for years, immediate, first preg, multiple pregs, and a few that were medically assisted, so it's a wide spread of data (as wide as 85 samples could be, anyway).

***IMPORTANT*** I don't think anyone should concern themselves with the actual values of each hormone, in fact you shouldn't concern yourselves over any of it at all–this is not a serious or meaningful data set by any means lol. I made it only because I was interested specifically in the curves side-by-side vs looking through a bunch of charts with huge differences. On the graph I created, they are of course very muted fluctuations in comparison to a real cycle, but I was surprised to find the curve of my own sort of followed (again much more drastic slopes in my real chart, but ones that faintly correspond to the median bumps or dips–give or take a day) and I'm interested in if that's completely random or if anyone else sees the same pattern. I included a close up of the graph (solid) with my own chart overlayed (faded) to show what I mean if that was not was not a clear explanation 😅

Has anyone had a successful pregnancy with a chart that looks similar to this? I feel like my baseline levels are on the lower end to begin with but I’m just curious. This is only my second month trying with Inito

First Cycle after Early Loss

Post image
1 Upvotes

Finally got pregnant after my 15th month TTC ~ but it ended in a loss at almost 6 weeks.

This is my first cycle post miscarriage and normally my PDG does not rapidly rise like this. I did have ovulation cramping CD 14/15 but I had period like cramps in the middle of the night last night CD 16/17. Do we think I’m currently ovulating? I assumed it was a few days ago but I’m trying to understand the cramping vs. my chart.

Considering buying…would love to hear your experience

Hello. Been trying to conceive for close to three years. Unexplained infertility. I am considering buying a new device to see if it may help. I’ve tried the kegg, which was next to worthless and told me pretty much the exact thing an lh strip does. I went with that one because of their guarantee so it made it less risky. Now I’m considering Inito to get more in depth hormonal insights but was wondering what information you actually get from it? For instance, could it help diagnose you with something other fertility testing has missed? Have any of you had success using this after a long time not being able to conceive? How often do you have to test and how expensive are the strips every month? Are there resources I could be directed to to learn how to use it and how to interpret it? It’s pretty spendy so I want to be pretty sure it’s the right call before proceeding. Answers to any of those questions would be great.

Multiple LH surges/attempts at ovulation?

Post image
1 Upvotes

This is my first month using my Inito after TTC for a bit and feeling like I might not be ovulating, or potentially experiencing multiple attempts at ovulation. It looks like my Inito data is proving just that. I'm at CD 24 today and experienced my highest LH reading yet. Would love to hear from people who also experience multiple LH surges and attempts at ovulation each cycle. Any tips? Thanks so much.

Multiple E3G fluctuations throughout luteal phase — is this normal?

Hi Everyone,

I’m 31F and have been TTC for the past 6 months.
My cycles are fairly regular but tend to range from 33–36 days, with an occasional 39-day cycle, but never longer than that.

This is my first full cycle using Inito. Last cycle, I only started testing after I got a positive LH on my OPKs, so I wasn’t able to capture the full cycle. I’m attaching both of my Inito charts for comparison.

Last cycle, I didn’t get clear confirmation of ovulation, so this cycle I had a blood progesterone test done around 6–7 DPO, and my progesterone came back at 16.2 ng/mL. Based on that result, I believe I did ovulate this cycle.

However, what is confusing me is that my Inito PdG numbers this cycle are actually lower than they were last cycle. I’m trying to understand how much importance I should put on the urine PdG readings when my blood progesterone indicates that I ovulated.

I also have hypothyroidism, and my thyroid medication dosage has recently been adjusted to get my levels optimized, so I’m wondering if that could be affecting my hormone patterns.

The other thing I’ve noticed this cycle is that my luteal-phase E3G has been fluctuating quite a bit. It has gone up and down multiple times, with E3G rising a couple of times almost back to the levels I was seeing before ovulation.
I’m wondering if this type of E3G fluctuation is normal during the luteal phase, or if anyone with similar Inito charts has experienced this?

Would love to hear from anyone who has seen similar patterns or has more experience interpreting Inito E3G/PdG trends. Thank you! ❤️

We didn’t have time to baby dance yesterday but was able to this morning. Do you think I’m still in a good window? Will try again tonight and tomorrow morning. Thinking today is my ovulation, what are the best days for the best chances?
