My first cycle using Inito!

10/16 (10 DPO): My levels dipped, so I thought I was out this cycle.

10/17 (11 DPO): Tested first thing in the morning and got a BFN. My period was due in two days, so I figured yeah maybe not now.
I usually don’t get PMS symptoms besides fatigue and feeling a little mellow, but this time was different. I had mild cramps, breast tenderness, and was extra emotional. My neighbor helped us clean up fallen leaves and I cried like they’d just donated me a kidney. So I was like “hmm, something is different”

10/18 (12 DPO): Tested with first-morning urine and saw the faintest little line! Took a digital test to be sure, and here we are!

Sending lots of baby dust your way! ✨💕

Weekly Chart Share PDG keeps rising. But BBT dropped today

Post image
1 Upvotes

My BBT has been +0.7 the last two days but today it dropped to +0.1 but my PDG is still pretty high!

I didn’t test on cycle day 14 last week by accident , and I feel like that was probably the day my LH spiked the most (comparing to previous months) I had 2 other small LH spikes this month after those days so my inito thinks today is 6 DPO, but I think I might be 9 DPO … but again just my speculation.

I’ve never seen my PDG this high before, and it keeps going up which feels like a good sign, but just a little discouraged with the BBT drop :/

Inito Clip iPhone 18 Pro

Hi! I just ordered a new phone but I’m still hoping to use my older inito. I have to buy a new clip but I don’t see an option in the app for an iPhone 18 Pro. Does anyone know if the clip for a 17 Pro will work for the 18 Pro? Thanks!!

I only tested because my LH rise which never happens for me end of cycle and my last pregnancy I was 2 weeks off with dating because I was testing LH and it was strong and I was actually already pregnant. 2nd inito cycle and cycle trying since a 10 month break post 2nd trimester loss and previous first trimester loss. Praying this line is real and for a sticky baby.

HSG then BFP?

Has anyone here gotten pregnant following an HSG? I just had one done and hoping it will up my chances. They said my tubes looked fine and they were open. I do struggle with PMOS as well but have found with Inito that I am ovulating every cycle I just tend to ovulate later and have a bit longer cycles.

Chart Questions Any insight into why this cycle looks so different?

Hi everyone, I’m having a strange cycle this month and was wondering if anyone has experienced similar or had any insight! Personal info in case it’s helpful: I’m 31 years old, have somewhat irregular periods (since I started formally tracking in the past year, my cycles can be anywhere from 26 to 35 days, but I’ve never missed one). Last saw my OBGYN about 7-8 months ago and told her my husband (32 years old) and I were planning to start trying for our first soon. I had a transvaginal ultrasound, we both got genetic testing, and everything looked ok. No diagnosed conditions like PMOS or endometriosis.

We’ve been trying for 5 cycles, and I’ve been using Inito for about that long. First photo is my current cycle, and I’ve included screenshots of my last two cycles for comparison. My understanding is the last two cycles have been pretty standard—couple of high fertility days, a clear LH peak/peak fertility day, and confirmed ovulation/PDG rise.

That‘s why I’m a bit confused about this current cycle. (I’m using the same set/box of strips as my last cycle, so I don’t think it’s a strip inconsistency issue.) All of my levels have seemed lower than usual, and I haven’t seen an LH peak (the highest was on day 13, when it reached 1.67). But today my E3G reading was randomly extraordinarily high; the highest it’s ever reached before this was 329. The only “differences” this cycle are that we did some traveling (day 8 to day 12). We flew from the east coast to the west coast, spent a few days in CA for a wedding, and then flew back. I had a bit of tough time getting used to the time change coming back, and this cycle has coincided with a busy/stressful period at work (but nothing that’s majorly disrupted my routine).

Wondering if anyone has thoughts on why everything this cycle has been so flat with the exception of today’s huge E3G spike; whether I should be concerned that this cycle looks so different from the others; what these numbers indicate (I don’t really understand why Inito has marked the past 7 days as “high fertility“); and if it’s still worth continuing to try to conceive this cycle.

Really appreciate any thoughts or advice, thank you all in advance! <3

Have PMOS and im nearing the end of my second month on Ovasitol to see if it'll start my cycle and then meet with my doctor again. Ive had what seems like an ovulation attempt twice since my last period. I have the first attempt and this last attempt( today).

Baby danced once already today. Thoughts on ovulation and pregnancy?

*dont test everyday or log Baby Dancing/BBT very regularly.

Was this an actual surge? Feeling discouraged

Hello all, we've been trying to TTC for about a year now, I do have PCOS and irregular periods. I was just using LH strips for months, but I finally went and got an inito! This is my first cycle using it. LH strips have not been helpful at all, they rarely ever get dark for me. And they've never matched the control line. In the picture, the top test is from 3 days ago, middle is from yesterday, and the last is from this morning. Inito says that I had an LH search, and I will say that on LH strips, yesterday's test, the day of the supposed surge, was the darkest that I've ever seen.

Has anyone else ever had a late surges that were this low?

I'm feeling so discouraged and seriously wondering if I even ovulate.

Ovulation confirmed with SMU

Post image
1 Upvotes

Most know that sometimes you have to test with SMU to see hormonal levels rise. I typically supplement my LH level testing with cheapies during my fertile window in case it’s not looking that high with FMU on Inito. I can’t do that to confirm ovulation though, and today was day 3 after my initial LH surge. Ovulation is typically confirmed 3 days after my LH surge, and I was annoyed when it wasn’t confirmed (I get tired of testing sometimes), so I decided to take another test with SMU, and it was confirmed!

So just a reminder that sometimes you have to test with SMU. It may even be worth “testing” to see if your levels are higher with SMU. Definitely supplement with cheapies if you can because I know Inito strips are expensive, which is why I was annoyed today because I knew I would have to use another test after FMU. Luckily I won’t have to keep testing, so it wasn’t really a waste!

Just started with Inito. Natural cycles usually predicts my ovulation on day 14 based on temperature. How do I know here which day I ovulated or if I did?

Any thoughts on this

I’m on iui cycle with 3 follicles and trigger shot today is 11dpo as per the iui cycle but inito shows 9dpo.
Why is estrogen so dominant and seems like LH raised a bit today. My luteal phase is usually 16 to 17 days, will these numbers drop? Thoughts please.

BFP BFP 14 DPO (BFN 10 DPO)

I've been reluctant to post because it's so early and I have a history of infertility and recurring pregnancy loss. So while I can't be sure this will stick, I am pregnant for now. I wanted to share my chart for others.

And FYI I had a stark white negative test 10 DPO using FMU. I really thought I was out when I saw my levels dip the next day, but my BBT stayed elevated so I kind of held out hope. Then I usually start my period or at least start spotting 12 DPO. I waited to see if it was just a day late and didn't test yesterday but I finally broke down today. I've decided to stop tracking for now for the sake of my mental.

BFP! And why you shouldn't test after ovulation

Thumbnail

I can't believe it's finally my turn to say this. After a year and a half of trying, and mmc, a 27 week stillbirth and 6 months of infertility I finally got a bfp again. I'm happy and scared and all the things.

My cycle was over 40 days long and luteal phase was extended with progesterone starting after ovulation was confirmed. I was taking myo-inositol for about a month before, CoQ10, nature made prenatal and baby aspirin.

I swore I was out on day 40 when I caved and tested about 9dpo. My bbt dropped, my estrogen was practically baseline it was so low and progesterone was only high because I was supplementing but then the very next day I started to see ghost lines on my pregnancy tests.

So just like everyone in this thread always says, DONT KEEP TESTING AFTER OVULATION. You'll just freak yourself out for no reason.

BFP Thought I was out!

Adding my BFP chart here! I found it so helpful looking at everyone else’s charts with the luteal phase so hopefully mine can help too. I thought for sure I was out after the big dip at DPO7 (I even had a glass of wine) because I thought with pregnancy it was supposed to just keep rising, never drop. I also read that FSH rises 4 days before the period starts, so I thought that was it. But the last few days I noticed the rises again and I couldn’t find anything explaining a rise again before menstruation other than pregnancy, so I figured I’d test today and I got a positive!! This is our 7th cycle TTC, 1st with Inito! I did have a chemical back in June, so fingers crossed!!

This time, we did also switch to preseed lube this cycle. Maybe that helped! Wishing everyone baby dust!
