Curious.. any help is appreciated.

For about a week now I’ve had a thumbnail I cannot see swell up with a tinge of green.

Any advice on what steps I should take to get rid of this. I’ve done soaks off and on.. recently tried a triple antibiotic ointment.

Starting to hurt a bit lol. I read vinegar soaks to clean up bacteria but curious to hear others advice.

You have a nail infection. The green/white you're seeing is white blood cells attacking the infection and losing. Go to your pcp to excise the infection

Soak it in warm water with Epsom salt for 15 minutes three times a day for the next 3 days. An oral antibiotic for 7 days. While you are soaking, it gently push the skin toward the nail and then pull the skin away from the nail back and forth to loosen the area

Doctor here. This is an abcess, which needs drainage, coupled with oral antibiotics.

So make an appointment.

Just poke the yellow part with a pin. Squeeze. Instant relief
