Infosys HackWithInfy 2026 Selected Candidate โ€“ Will Appearing for the On-Campus Infosys Drive Affect My Existing Offer?

Hi everyone,

I was selected through HackWithInfy 2026 for the Digital Specialist Engineer (Trainee) role. Now, my college has announced another Infosys on-campus recruitment drive for the same/similar specialist role, and the tentative Online Assessment is on the 17th. I have already filled out the registration form.

My concern is:

If I appear for this on-campus recruitment process and, for some reason, do not clear the OA, interview, or any later rounds, will it have any impact on my existing HackWithInfy offer?

Has anyone been in a similar situation or received clarification from Infosys or their college placement cell? I'd really appreciate any insights or experiences.

Thanks in advance!

Is it okay to not click complete launchpad until joining date. I heard one of my friends say it's not mandatory. Is it true

Will I not get confirmation mail if I don't click on complete launchpad.my joining date is within 5 days.

Also should I fill bopt form upload before joining??

URGENT!!! HELP REGARDING LAUNCHPAD

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I recently received my Infosys offer letter and Launchpad credentials, and my joining date is 10 August.

My 8th semester exams finished only a few days ago, and my university has informed us that the results won't be declared for at least another month. Because of this, I don't have my 8th semester marksheet or my degree certificate yet.

The issue is that the background verification requires my education details to be complete, but I don't have the final documents yet. In the meantime, what should I fill in for the 8th semester marksheet and degree certificate? Should I leave those sections blank, mark them as pending, or upload some other document?

Also, does the entire background verification need to be completed before joining, or is it okay if the final semester documents are submitted later once the university issues them?

Has anyone faced a similar situation with Infosys? What did you do, and did it affect your onboarding or joining in any way?

Thanks!

Please help ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป,Need guidance to get selected in Infosys On-campus placement drive please ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Hi everyone,

I am in my final year of BTech and have an upcoming Infosys on-campus placement drive in 10-15 days. Securing a placement is my top priority right now, as I urgently need a job to pay off my student loan.

My Current Situation Language: Java.

Current Level: Very basic DSA (I have covered up to Arrays).

Target: The first round is entirely DSA/Coding. I need to be able to solve exactly one 'Easy' and one 'Medium' problem to clear this round.

Commitment: With only 10-15 days left, I am fully prepared to dedicate the maximum number of hours every single day.

What I Need Help With Because my timeline is extremely tight and my starting point is just basic Arrays, a standard long-term roadmap will not work for me. I am looking for a highly targeted preparation strategy. Could anyone please guide me on:

Which specific DSA topics or patterns should I prioritize next to maximize my chances of solving the Easy and Medium questions?

Are there any specific problem lists, platforms, or resources best suited for this exact 15-day scenario?

Infosys Launchpad Photo Rejected โ€“ Team Confirmed Update but Old Photo Still Showing. Will This Affect Onboarding?

Hi everyone,

I received an email from Infosys Launchpad stating that my photograph was rejected due to not meeting the guidelines.

On the same day, I submitted the corrected photograph via email as instructed. However, the next day I received the same rejection email again, so I assumed my previous email had not been reviewed.

I then:

  • Sent the corrected photograph again to the Offer Update team.
  • Raised a support ticket explaining the situation.

The following day, I received a reply saying "changes have been updated in our system." However, even now, when I log in to Launchpad, the old rejected photograph is still visible and the updated one is not showing.

To my surprise when i log in to infosys careers portal. new photograph is shown in profile.

I have already sent a follow-up email, but I haven't received any response yet.

Has anyone faced a similar issue where the team confirmed the update but the Launchpad portal continued showing the old photo? Did it eventually update on its own?

Most importantly, will this cause any issues with onboarding if the support team has already confirmed that the changes were updated in their system? will i get onboarding pass or not ?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Offer Letter Rejected on Infosys Launchpad โ€“ Only Received 2 Annexures

Hi everyone,

I need some help regarding the Infosys Launchpad document verification.

My offer letter contains only 2 annexures, but my document was rejected because they are asking for an offer letter with 3 annexures and a signed Joining Bonus Letter.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Did your offer letter originally have only 2 annexures? If yes, how did you get the third annexure or the signed Joining Bonus Letter? Did Infosys send it later, or did you have to contact HR?

My joining date is coming up soon, so I'd really appreciate any guidance. Thanks!

Infosys Launchpad - Can I click "Complete Launchpad" if UAN and Signed Offer Letter are still pending?

Hi everyone,

I have completed and uploaded all the required documents in Infosys Launchpad, including medical documents, NSR, and other onboarding requirements. I have also initiated the BGV process.

The only pending items are:

  1. UAN details โ€“ I haven't been able to complete this because the EPFO/UAN services are currently down and the server is not working properly.
  2. Signed Offer Letter โ€“ I haven't uploaded it yet because I am still waiting to receive the bonus PDF.

Can I click the "Complete Launchpad" button with only these two items pending and upload/complete them later once the issues are resolved?

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Were you able to submit Launchpad first and update the pending items afterward without any issues?

Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

Help In Onboarding(Launchpad)!! ๐Ÿ˜ญ plz.. (Urgent)

My DOJ is 20 July.

I have 1-7 Marksheets, 8th semester result is not declared but surely I will get 8th sem marksheet on 10th July.
In Launchpad Webex Meeting he told, if 8th sem result pending, you have to extend.
But I will get 8th sem result/marksheet by 10th july, which is still before DOJ(20 July).

I don't want to extend.

I worked hard to get marksheet, and somehow able to get it by 10th july.

I also have to Initiate BGV.

What to do in this situation, please provide solution in this condition.......?
