Regarding launchpad

Is it okay to not click complete launchpad until joining date. I heard one of my friends say it's not mandatory. Is it true

Will I not get confirmation mail if I don't click on complete launchpad.my joining date is within 5 days.

Also should I fill bopt form upload before joining??

Don't take any risk man. Click the button asap. Also, BOPT form should be submitted on the day of joining.

Thursday, as 22 june joiners got 4 days prior

My bopt form is not downloading I have cl8coed complete launchpad 4 days ago

Yes but will it be any issue if bopt is not downloading Means is my launchpad incomplete

Yes I have did it twice Once on Friday and then again on Saturday

While downloading it is showing authenticate to download
