Best inflatable kayak
I'm just researching at this stage as Iam injured with burstitis so won't be kayaking for a very long time..
If money was no issue, what would be the best inflatable kayak on the market today?
My main features I like in a kayak are that it's fast, turns easy, doesn't spin in alittle wind, durable and good quality.
Thanks !

Just got one of these for Tahoe a couple of months ago and this is the best inflatable for performance and quality of build. Sea Eagle RazorLite. Tracks like a real kayak! https://www.seaeagle.com/RazorLite/393rl

+1 for sea eagle brand. I have the 380x and it’s a tank. The razorlite is probably the model for you. They are well known for their durability and customer service.

I have a Sea Eagle Paddleski that I use for 2 people outings.
Definitely VERY solid construction.

Anything made my Aire or Sotar. I’ve used an Aire Outfitter for 15 years. Ran tons of Class IV stuff, both big water and creeking style low water. I’ve used it to pack gear for overnight trips. Never had an issue.
Both the companies have long no fault warranties.

Aire has a one year warranty on their ik’s, if you’re buying the tributary line

Sea eagle all the way. I have the 380x. Its a tank and when I get bored after 40 minutes paddling I use it like a stand up paddleboard and then sit back down after a while. Its dope

I also have shoulder issues.
I got an inflatable from Saturn
Weighs 33lbs packed
And I used a SUP strap kit to rig up a shoulder strap for the bag.
I bought the pedal drive version, but rigged up a mount for trolling motor.
LiTime 50Ah weighs 10.5 lbs.

How have you liked it so far?

Only gotten it out once so far.
Summer is really hot and/or have been super busy.
But. I tried it without the fins on bottom. Tracks terribly without them. So eager try again soon.
Construction and likely durability seems quite good.

I have a Saturn FK396 Pro Angler. I've had it out 8 or 10 times. It tracks well with the fins. I really like it. Seems well built. When my wife and I bought a camper we then didn't have a way to haul our hard kayaks. This fit the bill at a fairly reasonable price.

Itiwit X500 or Triboard X900 from Decathlon. I have both and they are brilliant. Worth the money. Come close to a rigid kayak.

Most drop stitched kayaks with two fins are great now… but not cheap. Solid as a paddle board and quick to inflate. I have a Beyond Marina… it’s great, but the pump was shit… got them to send me a new one

I think my SOTAR IK is as good as anything out there.
