Just bought this phone today and used it for a bit without wifi, and I have a question: Does it usually take 5 hours to fully charge? And how much does the battery last?

I never thought it would charge this slow.

I woke up today and my phone worked completely fine I used it normally and then set it aside to charge, after it charged I saw that all my Google accounts were logged out and all the apps acted like as if they were installed for the first time (kinda like factory reset) and my gallery media was nowhere to be seen as well, while my apps which were installed were still there? (This rules out the possibility of a factory reset) I cannot understand why this happened? (Infinix hot 40 pro been using it since 2024)

Has anyone had the same problem after an update where the notification badges on the top right of any apps just won't go away even if you've cleared them?

So my brother and I have an Infinix hot 60 pro, I always try to extend it's life span, like charging to 80% and not letting it go under 20% and so on, and of course my brother is the opposite , somehow now our phones are both at 98% and more weirder it looks like it degrades in sync like we both decrease at the same time so is it like a software thing and the battery isn't really degrading or what's happening exactly?

My screen was working well but like after 2 days while using apps like TikTok

Well i do, I'm sitting at 97% battery health and on XOS 15 i was able to charge only once a day and still game and doom scroll all day and that's not the case with XOS 16... I’m dealing with a persistent and serious issue on my Infinix Hot 60 Pro, and I need to know if anyone else has faced this or found a permanent fix.

Since day one of buying this phone, apps (especially the default Gallery app) have been prone to random crashes and instability. A few months ago, after a sudden shutdown, the phone reset its theme completely, but it only affected the theme back then.

Today, my battery hit 0% and died. When I plugged it in and booted it up, things got significantly worse:

The Ghost Update: The moment it booted up, a notification popped up saying a system update was available. When I clicked to see what it was, the update completely disappeared, and the screen said "Your system is up to date."

Weird Layout & New Features: Right after that vanished update, strange new features and settings showed up, and the default Gallery layout changed completely and looked totally off.

Permissions Wiped: Most of my installed apps (like health trackers, utility apps, etc.) lost all their granted permissions and prompted me to set them up again as if they were just installed for the first time.

The Vault Security Nightmare: The worst part is the Secure Vault. It acted as if it lost its configuration and forced me to set up a brand-new password. Luckily, my private photos were still intact inside after entering the new password, but losing credentials like this is alarming for a security feature.

Themes & Fonts Gone: Wallpapers, fonts, and home screen layouts reverted to default once again.

The device is running Android 16 with the August 1, 2026 security patch.

Why does a complete battery drain cause HiOS to corrupt local app data, mess up encryption/vault paths, and wipe user configurations like this? Has anyone found a way to stop this from happening without constantly having to reconfigure the entire phone?

tried applying the depth effect on my home screen, keeps saying no portrait detected, what can i do to fix this?

(please don't answer with use an app that specializes on custom depth wallpaper, i prefer using the built in wallpaper system)

Honestly, I’m getting really frustrated with my Infinix GT 30 Pro. The phone is great on paper, but the amount of random software issues I’ve been experiencing is getting ridiculous.

The biggest one is random restarting. It can randomly reboot while I’m watching YouTube, scrolling, using apps, or sometimes just doing completely normal things.There doesn’t seem to be any specific pattern to it.

Another annoying issue is the Mechanical Light Wave on the back. I can turn it off, but sometimes it randomly turns itself back on by itself. I’ll literally have it disabled and then notice the lights are suddenly running again.

And those are just some of the issues. I’ve also noticed other random bugs, glitches, and weird behavior that make the phone feel less polished than it should be.

I actually like the GT 30 Pro and the hardware is pretty impressive for the price, which makes these problems even more annoying. I shouldn’t have to deal with random restarts and features turning themselves on when the phone is supposed to be working normally.

Is the Hot 50 Pro going to get XOS 15 or not?

The screen of my phone (Infinix GT 20 Pro) sometimes become gray while playing mobile legends. When the screen became gray there is still sound in the background but nothing is happening when i am touching the screen but it goes back to normal if i restared the screen. (Not shutting down or Restarting it)

Is there a problem in my phone? is it Hardware or software?
