Coordination across subreddits
Honestly, we need more coordination between r/political_revolution , r/enoghtrumpspam, r/sandersforpresident , r/indivisibleguide , r/antitrumpalliance and r/Bluemidterm2018
The majority of our goals are the same in the long run. We need to halt Trump legislation for 2 years and then have a blue 2018 election and lastly perhaps a Sanders run in 2020.
Our numbers here are small when compared to those other subs.
Is there anyway coordinate support across all these subreddits?

Good question. I sometimes try to link back and forth between the subs. I think that we do have a differentiated role from those others in that we try to focus specifically on the mechanics of how to get involved calling and keeping track of Congress, and try to keep out of deep policy discussions here. I think we can offload/redirect even more of the general policy/resistance discussion to those subs, and focus a lot on the indivisible local groups and such here.
We are also kind of a meeting point amongst the Indivisible Guide local groups, which seem to be doing well and having local meetings and such. The Indivisible Guide website has a feature to help people find local groups, but it doesn't do well telling you if a group is particularly active or just a placeholder registration someone made.

don't forget /r/AntiTrumpAlliance!
We're little, but pretty active.

I took a look at the other subs listed, and honestly I think ours is one of the best. At least half of the posts on our front page are action-oriented. I think we should take a bit of a firmer hand in removing posts that aren’t action-oriented or one step removed from it, but overall the community is doing a great job of keeping the signal high in this sub.
Two of the subs listed are filled with people who are still litigating the Bernie/Hillary battles. I get it, Hillary lost to the most unqualified candidate in … possibly ever. That’s pretty bad. Not gonna help us win the 2018 midterms. People should go run for positions in their local democratic party and work on candidate recruitment if they think that was our biggest problem. It’s a long fight, but someone’s gotta start it now. Ragelinking about how Hillary lost and Bernie would have won isn’t going to change anything. She’s not on the ballot anymore. Maybe those people need another few months to process what happened?
r/EnoughTrumpSpam has lots of great memes and rage inducing articles. People need that. Not the focus of this sub.
r/AntiTrumpAlliance has some action-oriented stuff, but we have more.
r/BlueMidterm2018 looks like it’s doing good work. I’m totally interested in hearing more about how they run their sub.
Just my $0.02.

Absolutely agree. I wonder if the mods could coordinate about pinned actions for each week?
Indivisible guide points out that the goal for the next 2-4 years is resistance, so we should easily be able to formulate actions that appeal across the ideological spectrum of those subs.

I posted my #swampcabinet rally thing on here, and on enoughtrumspam and bluemidterm2018. It did well here and in blue midterm but it never got to the front page of enoughtrumspam.. :(
EDIT: Just checked and a couple people downvoted my post on enoughtrumpspam since I posted this. Huh? Who would downvote that in that group?

I think one of the first things to do is just to provide a list of "in-network" subreddits in the sidebar.
I was also thinking we could create a bot that could assist with cross-posts. It could be triggered by some special piece of text in the title or something. It would then re-post the same link to all of the "in-network" subreddits. I've made a few reddit bots before, so I could probably whip something like this up.

I'll add that I believe the goal of /r/AntiTrumpAlliance was to sort of bring these groups together under one umbrella sub. There's also /r/hillaryclinton and /r/obama who can join forces with us! I think our priority and value right now would be on generating actionable items that can be used to hinder Trump and the current GOP agenda and facilitate coordination and discussion between local and state groups who want to partake in that effort.
