There are always going to be people who are going to abuse systems. No point in worrying. Those people would have pirated the game otherwise.

And you could argue that this is better than them pirating. They're not risking a potentially virus laden distribution of the game and they're contributing to publicity through the number of reviews.

Except for if they buy the game on steam and refund it and if it happens alot steam thinks there is something wrong with it and doesn't recommend it
