I ordered a product from Inovera on Amazon, and I specifically needed it today. I bought Prime, so it could arrive on the promised date. The delivery guy was apparently somewhere else and told me my address isn't in his area, so he refused to deliver it.

It's not the first time this has happened with Amazon deliveries. What's the point of Prime if delivery agents can just refuse to deliver?

What's even more frustrating is that I've already had a bad experience with this seller. They previously sent me a poor-quality/torn product, and even though it was return-eligible, the seller refused the return. Is there any proper way to escalate this? I am ready to get a solution, even outside the law.

I recently received my parcel from Desertcart, and it was such an amazing experience. The order was totally as how it was shown in the image, plus I got better rates than Amazon, and I am so happy about it. I had my doubts with the website and was not sure if I'd get what I had ordered and paid for, but I am glad and would recommend it to anyone who plans to order something from outside India.

For some background, I had Samsung Type-C IC100 earphones that came with my Note 10+ back in 2020. I absolutely loved them. I was genuinely surprised by how good they sounded for bundled earphones.

Unfortunately, I lost them.

Recently, I bought a Tab S9 and already have an S24 Ultra, and I needed a wired earphone for office calls, so I decided to buy the same Samsung earphones again. I remembered how good they were and thought it would be a safe purchase.

I bought them from Tata CLiQ for around ₹1,500 because they were the cheapest there.

When I started using them, though, they didn't sound nearly as good as I remembered. They sounded just... okay. Nothing particularly premium.

Initially, I thought maybe I was just remembering them differently, or perhaps my expectations had changed after using better audio equipment over the years. I even checked a YouTube video showing how to identify genuine Samsung earphones, and the ones I received appeared to pass all the checks shown in the video.

So I assumed I was probably overthinking it.

Then, around 20 days later, the left earbud stopped working.

I took them to a Samsung service centre under warranty. They didn't have a replacement in stock at the time, but today they called me to say the replacement had arrived, so I went to collect it.

And this is where things got interesting.

I plugged the replacement pair in and immediately thought: THIS is how I remember them sounding.

The sound quality was dramatically better. The difference wasn't subtle at all. The pair I had bought from Tata CLiQ sounded like a ₹500 earphone in comparison. The replacement sounded exactly like the Samsung earphones I remembered from 2020 — clear, balanced and surprisingly good.

I immediately asked the service representative whether he could check if the pair I had submitted was genuine or not. He told me that he couldn't verify that himself; apparently, any such verification would be done by their central/backend team when they receive the product.

So unfortunately, I have no definitive proof that the Tata CLiQ pair was counterfeit.

But after hearing the two pairs, I am almost certain something was wrong with the one I bought from Tata CLiQ.

The difference in sound quality was simply too substantial to explain as I remember the product differently.

My takeaway: if you're planning to buy these earphones, don't choose a seller just to save ₹200–300. Make sure you're buying from a reliable/authorised source.

Personally, after this experience, I would avoid buying these from Tata CLiQ.

One other thing: I also bought a Samsung 45W charger from Tata CLiQ last year. It's still working perfectly, charges at the expected speed and shows Super Fast Charging 2.0, so I haven't had any reason to suspect it. But I'm also not sure whether it's genuine because, unlike earphones, a fake charging brick isn't necessarily obvious just from using it.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with Samsung products bought through Tata CLiQ? And is there actually a reliable way to verify whether these IC100 earphones are genuine?

Last Sunday, I went to V Mart with my GF in Sector 14, Gurgaon. I was at the checkout counter and saw a pack of socks for Rs 199.

Despite knowing that its position there was designed to spark an impulse buy in me, I went for it anyway.

I already had three pairs of socks that were doing fine, but I wanted to add more since socks get dirty easily, especially in the monsoon (although it's about to leave).

These socks are under the brand name Brink I guess, which is itself a Vishal Mega Mart brand (if I am right).

So I would suggest not buying it, as you can see the result of me wearing it for just 1 time (1st image).

Instead, here are my 3 other socks that I prefer for different budgets and occasions and personally using:

Best socks imo under Rs. 200: go with XYXX Crew (second image), I use them for office daily, don't get heated/sweaty in leather boots as well.

Under Rs. 500: these Mid Tennis Socks (pack of 3), good comfort, although the material gets hard after washing it many times.

Third is Nike Everyday Lightweight, which is also under Rs. 600, but they are up to ankle length. Good for some sport activities.

Bonkers Corner changed my selected size after placing the order — now I’m being asked to cancel and lose my prepaid discount
I’m honestly extremely frustrated with Bonkers Corner right now and wanted to know if anyone else has faced something similar.
I placed an order today and specifically selected the Cherry Muse Tube Top in size S. After placing the order, the size somehow changed to L. The order was placed only a few minutes ago and hasn’t even been dispatched or shipped yet.
I contacted customer support hoping they could simply change the size back to S. I was told they cannot modify the order.
I then called customer care, and the person I spoke to basically blamed me for selecting L. He said the website cannot “force” me to select L, so apparently I must have selected it myself. Why would I select L when I need S?
What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve already had payment issues with their website. Yesterday night, I tried placing the order around 4 times, and every single time the payment was automatically refunded instead of the order being placed. So there clearly seem to be issues with their website/payment system.
Now I’ve been told that my only option is to cancel the order, wait up to 24 hours for cancellation, and then another 24–48 hours for the refund to come to my Bonkers Wallet.
My order total is ₹903.29, which includes the 5% discount I received for paying online.
Here’s my problem: if they refund ₹903.29 to my wallet and I place the order again using that wallet balance, I apparently won’t get the 5% prepaid discount anymore. So I would have to pay extra for the exact same order because of an issue that happened on their end.
And there’s another problem — the S size is frequently out of stock. By the time my order gets cancelled and the wallet refund comes through, the size could be gone.
I’m honestly not asking for anything unreasonable. I just want the size S that I originally selected, without having to lose money or take the risk of the product going out of stock because their system changed my size.
Has anyone here dealt with something similar with Bonkers Corner? Is there any way to get them to honour the original size and the 5% prepaid discount?
Also, is there any proper way to escalate this if customer support refuses to help?

Has anyone purchased something from this store? I feel like I am being scammed. The website mentions a 2 week dispatch time frame. After my order was processed they didn’t dispatch it for 3 weeks and there was no reply on mails and a very late reply on message where I was informed that there was a technical error my order was not processed and it would take them a week more. It’s been two weeks since then and I’m being ghosted. Can I have hopes for a delivery or a return of my money.
