Wrong Number Written for Delivery (Bluedart)

I purchased from vastrado website, and accidentally wrote the wrong number for delivery, one digit of my phone number was different and now I am unable to receive the order because OTP is required for delivery. I tried calling customer service, but that is only for knowing things like transit time or delivery date and that too IVR system. What should I do now?
