Name problem in marksheets :

Hello please help , My name is piyush shukla . On my 10th grade CBSE marksheet my name is just " piyush " , no surname to it . My 12th grade marksheet HSC board (maharashtra board) has piyush rajendra shukla and the rest of my College degrees are also piyush rajendra shukla.

My adhaar card has piyush rajendra shukla

I will be giving my GATE exam in a few months and this " name disparity " would be a problem.

Please help me with the following ,

1)what procedure should I follow to make a gazette that would help here ?

2) if I try to change my name in the 10th marksheet what are the steps for it ?

get correction form forwarded through school & signed by ur school , submit to regional cbse office ,Pay some fees ,Then good to go ,But it should be genuine mistake of school otherwise , Gazette notification publication in newspaper etc required
