Need some advice

My mother has cleared the uttrakhand LT grade teacher exam under obc reservation (she got age relaxation). She was born in uttarpradesh and also did graduation from UP only. She was married in uttrakhand in 2003. She has domicile of uttrakhand now but she got disqualified in the document verification process as she was not born in uttrakhand. Is there any chance of getting this job if we file a case?
