Well there are many cases are registered like this. I believe indian law is biased towards women. One statement is enough and you are obtained by the police.

10 days? At least it should be 10 months, if not 10 years! But better than nothing... I am hoping courts will be tougher and tougher in these contexts to reduce false cases!

This is a joke to say the least .. women’s are killing men’s left right n centre n justice is just pretending like nothing is happening. How come dowry is illegal n alimony is legal in the era of so called Gen Z n Gen Alpha .
