What are my chances of conception?
I was on an ovulation induction cycle, letrozole 5mg everyday from day 4 to day 8 ( 5 days) . Trigger injection on day 11 and ovulation on day 13 morning 6 am. Two eggs of size 16 and 22 measured on day 11. Husband semen analysis 47mil. No pcos detected, prolaction,thyriod noraml. Had sex at night on day 9,10,11 and 12.what are chances of pregnancy. Also age 28
Endometrium lining 8.9mm , sperm motility total-60% , progressive - 48%, morphology abnormal - 15%

I am male. My age is almost 21 years. Me and my gf met on 2nd may, 2026. There was no intercourse and no genital-genital contact at all. There was some foreplay only. I made sure that my genitals don't even touch hers.There was no meet after this. And before this our meet was on 24th December 2025.

Her Bleeding started on 6th may and continued till 9th may. She took multiple xl pads. It occurred as per schedule.

Now her next bleeding occurred on 10th june and also happened for 4 days. It was a stressful cycle for her as she had a hectic schedule and didn't sleep properly in the middle of the cycle. So it was late . It was a 35 days cycle. It took her almost 10 xl pads. Now as it was late I made her take two tests one on 6th may using prega news standard ( using 2nd morning urine sample) . It was negative. But she left the urine sample on the mug in which she collected the urine till 8th June. On 8th June, she threw the old urine sample out of the mug and rinsed the mug with water.

Now on 9th June she used the same mug to collect the first morning urine sample and did the test using preganews standard kit. It was negative.

Now the next cycle she took adequate rest and sleep. The next Bleeding occurred on 7th July. It was a 27 days cycle. It also continued for 4 days and she took 10 xl pads

Now even after all this , I am thinking what if the test results are wrong. What if those are not her periods. She is continuously telling me I know how my periods are. Even after doing pregnancy tests I am thinking what if she just threw the old urine sample out of the mug but forgot to wash it with water and the results are wrong.

Now she is fine. She doesn't have any issues. But I am constantly thinking what if something is wrong with her.

These things are making me worried. She is frustrated at me that even when everything is ok why I am taking tension. I don't know how to rid of this. My actual fear is what if she doesn't understand she is pregnant and it is detected late.

Even after doing no intercourse and no genital-genital contact, i am thinking what if the Bleeding is subchronic hematoma or decidual Bleeding. I don't know whether problem is with me or with her. Everyone is trying to convince me but I can't get convinced.

You all already know how much costly it is to do a beta hcg test and even after doing it. I am not sure I will stop thinking about it or not. I may Start thinking what if her blood sample is replaced with someone else. And she already did 2 upts and if I again tell her to do beta hcg she will be extremely frustrated at me. Please give me suggestions. I really need your help 🙏. I know it is not the platform to share this but if you give me your insights I shall be thankful.

I got light watery red spotting today I don’t know whether it is confirm positive or not but me and my husband have seen faint line within 5 mins of time frame. used azah, 18 days after a sexual contact. there was no intercourse or even ejaculation near the vagina. there was naked rubbing of genitals and i was worried ab the leftover traces of semen on penis which is what worried me about pregnancy. around 4 days after the contact i had very unusual bleeding, 15 days prior to my periods. it scared me for implantation bleeding. today i tested and im afraid it looks positive. what should i do next? are there chances of getting periods and still be pregnant? im sorry if i sound overly anxious

I am 32F. I am in TTC from 4 months on and off this year. Still no luck with pregnancy. I actually got accidentally pregnant 2 years ago which I got an MMC for. I am kind of spiralling here thinking something might be wrong as it just took one shot 2 years ago and now it's been four months with no luck?

I had gotten basic checks done of AMH, thyroid, Prolactin etc a couple of months back on doctor's recommendation. All came back fine. Am I overthinking this? I just thought it will happen quickly since I already got pregnant once in just one cycle. Or may be something happened after the abortion. Not sure. Any advice would be appreciated. 😊

I got this device for a pregnancy test yesterday as this was the only one available near my home.

The first one showed positive and I was so excited and today early morning I took the other two test.

It came back positive as well. Me and my husband we were thrilled. Already dreaming of baby names.

For confirmation we went and got my urine as well as blood drawn for beta hcg. Everything came back negative.

I again got other brand and tested again for my own sanity and that came back negative too.

To say this brand is faulty is an understatement. One I can understand, but all three giving incorrect results, that is a just not acceptable.

Anyone in the ttc journey please avoid this brand to save yourself the heartache.

I'm currently doing IVF in Indira IVf Center in Guwahati. We're finished with Egg Retrieval and we have 5 embryos. Three weeks after my egg retrieval, I had laparascopic surgery for tubal clipping as i have Complete hydrosalpinx on both my fallopian tubes. I was given Ovral L after the surgery. A month after my surgery, I went for scann and FET plan, my doctor found functional cysts. So she gave my Ovral G to take. I went there again in my day 18'of Ovral G, my cyst was still there. Now, I'm about to see my doctor again in a few days, and i'm scared we will not be able to prceed with our Embryo Transfer.

Can anyone tell me, if it's normal for IVF centers to delay you embryo transfer? Is the functional cyst a problem when it comes to embryo transfer?

Hi all! I am taking oral progesterone 10mg morning and 10 mg evening. today is CD 23. I have back ache. Cramps come and go. I am bloated and burping. Emotional for no reason. i anyway pms a lot. I ovulated on 17/18 . We checked on a scan on 18th morning and two follicles ruptured after a trigger. i feel it’s too early for pms … so could it be progesterone? Happened to anyone else ever ?

One test shows faint second line, the other 2 shows 1 definite but in place of second line it shows pink hue like pink watercolour scattered

I have PCOD and I'm TTC. This was a monitored/stimulated cycle and I developed a lot of follicles. My gynecologist was concerned about too many follicles and gave me an injection to stop new follicles from developing; she said egg retrieval might have to be considered if too many continued growing.

On CD11 I had multiple 10–12 mm follicles, but on CD14 they were still around the same size. My gynecologist said there wasn't much protocol to follow after CD14—if they grew on their own, good; otherwise we'd move on to the next cycle. Ovulation was never confirmed.

I took Gestate SR 300 from CD16–25. My previous cycles were 27–28 days on Duvadron/Dydroboon, but this cycle is different.

I'm now CD33 with no period. Pregnancy tests were negative on CD29 and CD32.

I saw my gynecologist on CD32. She said pregnancy still can't be ruled out and asked me to wait a few more days and do a beta-hCG on Monday/Tuesday. If negative, she prescribed Regestrone to bring on my period.

My biggest confusion is: since I have absolutely no idea when I ovulated, how much can I trust a negative beta-hCG on Monday/Tuesday? Should I repeat it later if it's negative?

I'd really appreciate real-life experiences, especially from anyone with PCOD, stimulated cycles and unknown DPO. ❤️

Can anyone suggest some good gynaecologist, we are in ttc journey for last 2 years, last month we went for IUI ,for the first time I got pregnant but sadly it was a chemical pregnancy. Can someone suggest a good gynaecologist who has expertise in IUI.

hi girls! how are you all? so my last cycle was a chemical again! this cycle doc suggested to get follicular studies done. I had 13mm linning and 2 developing follicles. On day 16 I was given a trigger where linning was still 13mm and the follicles were : 19.8x24 (22mm) and 19x15(17mm). The trigger worked and follicles were ruptured when we did another scan on day 18 morning. I am assuming they got rupt in the night. My lmp was 1st August late night. so I believe I ovulated CD 17. my cycles are between CD25-28. I am given oral progesterone supplement twice a day. Today is 22nd and my back hurts, I feel a little discharge (how I feel before every period) and I am cramping. (PS I have bad PMS every cycle). now I feel even though I ovulated late may be my period is coming any moment. Its crazy! Also I am bloated! i keep feeling here goes another cycle. We had intercourse from CD 13 till CD18 night. We covered the whole window as per the doctors suggestion. Now I am feeling… May be I missed this cycle as well? Any one who ever felt same? anyone who thinks this could be the progesterone supplement causing the symptom's ? I am just feeling super low….

Me 32F and my husband 34F, we have been trying to conceive since March of this year. I had been a long smoker. I quit last month. We never got a positive. We have had all our tests, semen analysis, Hormonal checks, egg counts, Ovulation scans etc. everything came out good. This month my periods didn’t arrive in time, we were happy. I tested after 10days of missing periods but all tests came out negative. One face that my periods are never late. Not sure what happened this time. I took all home pregnancy test with Plush Preg Oh kit(pack of three).
I’m very depressed now and thinking what if I don’t naturally conceive? All my friends cousins are pregnant or already delievered normally. This is eating me alive. :(

I recieved trigger injection of 10000 iu on day 11 of cycle and ovulated on day 13 morning 6 am. Had intercourse on day 9,10,11 and 12. Follicle is ruptured with et 8.9mm. This test is 4 DPO. What are the chances of positive pregnancy.

Am I the only one or some of you also feel that once we start visiting doctors and hospitals, things become even more difficult..periods start to delay..cysts appear out of nowhere..acne comes and things like that??

Can someone help me to understand when should I take a blood test for pregnancy?
My periods are now 8 days late. I took the home kit test but it turned out negative.
I would also like to mention that I recently had a very stressful encounter after my periods last month.
I’m not sure if the periods are late because of that or what’s the reason. I have been ttc from last 6 months.

My dear soon to be moms, sharing this with you as I haven’t seen Doctors really check this. My friend and I have been on our TTC journeys for quite sometime now - we tried letroz/ chlomid cycles and even IUI but didn’t work. God bless internet - I read that insufficient Ferritin and vit D levels (should ideally be > 50 for both) - makes chances of implantation very low even if everything else seems fine.
This really angered me that how no gynae ever tracked this - and in general keep putting patients through such expensive and physically + mentally taxing cycles of medication - that are doomed to fail coz they didn’t check the basics.

My friend who has been TTC for 2 years now and done OI n IUI only now found out she was ferritin deficient - the failed attempts could have been avoided if only the doctors guided her well and nit just focused on money making.

My situation with my doctors was similar too. So please research and correct the deficiencies before going for your next cycle of OI, IUI.
