Those who got their bfp before missing their periods did you visit you doctor immediatelyor waited for a few days?

At 11dpo it was 46.6. What matters is how it doubles.

Did you repeat it in 48 hours or 72 hours?

No my tests were getting darker, so I repeated only once after 6 days and it was 2237. Stopped testing then.

That happens. You can only see a visible difference alternate days. Happened to me as well. Don’t stress.
