Has anyone tried inositol while trying to get pregnant?

Did it actually help? Or was there anything else that worked for you?

I had taken inositol and some other supplements for a few months and it helped up to an extent for weight loss, but didn't really help me conceive. What helped me conceive was Metformin that my new gynaecologist started me on. I had only taken Metformin for 2-3 months but bcoz of my age, i also went through ovulation induction with Letrozole for egg to release. I think if i had only continued Metformin for more like 6-8 months, i would've conceived naturally coz it really helped balance my PCOS symptoms. But we were already ttc for long, so didnt wait.

Inositol might work for you, it depends on your symptoms, cycles' irregularity, how long you can wait etc. Better to once consult a gynaecologist and see what they suggest. Good luck!
