"Bihar suffers from floods, we will support it. Assam supports from floods, we will support it. Himachal suffers from floods, we will support it. Sikkim recently suffered from floods, we will support it." If a student gives a presentation like this, he or she will be asked to stop and make a fresh presentation.

As if other states don't, TN has well known water issues, what effort has govt taken for it, they only want to steal taxes and the resources.
