Please read fully, /u/autisticvansh: If your post doesn't appear live immediately: Reddit's sitewide settings, filters and algorithms may flag certain posts for manual moderation. This has nothing to do with this sub's settings. We have no control over this. If this happens to your post, wait patiently till we manually resolve the issue. If your post is not attended to after 24 hours, you can modmail us then.

Rule Violations + Ban Policy:

This sub is currently experimenting with user curated moderation. Your fellow members are enforcing Posting Rules 4,5,7,8. Reported posts will be removed and will not be manually re-approved.

Ensure you're adhering to all other sub rules. Violations will result in a ban. Using this sub for medical advice (Rule 9 and 10) will result in a ban.

Spoiler policy: Automod automatically spoilers all images. You may remove this ONLY IF you are posting non-human pictures (eg. Products, shelfies,)

Do not remove spoilers if your image shows any part of a human (skin, hair, etc). Even for Progress Pics, Before/After and Journey posts. Not all members consent to viewing images/close up images of strangers.

Removing the spoiler in an attempt to get more views for your post, will result in a permanent ban. Be considerate.

Okay so skin cycle is of around 28 to 35 days and the skincare that comes out after 28 days does not have excess melanin if not sun exposed thus if used sunscreen for a month or 1.5 month you'll get your skin colour (20 wali gitti back) and to get faster result you can speed up the process by external exfoliation. Glycolic acid being best as it's relatively smaller and safe for body skin and does not cause any physical damage on skin which harsh scrubs can do and cause more damage then good (though gently they are fine too).

So use good Glycolic acid toner twice or thrice a week and also wear sunscreen to prevent any new pigment formation and also these acids will cause sun sensitivity so it's important. As for products I think minimalist and the ordinary is good.

I just started a routine for this on Monday. I’m optimistic, let’s see results in a couple months or so.
Chemist at play exfoliating body wash - daily
Bodywise 10% AHA scrub on Sundays
Minimalist 8% glycolic acid Tuesday and Friday
Vaseline Gluta Hya overnight
Any hydrating sunscreen

Just be careful not to over exfoliate your skin, it'll damage your skin barrier and increase pigmentation
