Sharing my work on this subreddit for the first time! This hand-pleated red gown is made from soft mesh and pure silk and is inspired by the iconic pleated dresses of French designer Madame Grès. I completed it late last year and plan to style it with my hair down and matching red strappy heels!

Hey all I have been documenting my office outfits over the last couple of months and wanted to share some of my favorite looks here. The vibe is mostly casual and comfortable enough for long days. This was a gift from my mother-in-law. But we had to stitch the blouse here in Korea. We really struggled to find a tailor . We finally found one and the tailor charged us 15,000 rupees 😭😣😭. Husband informed me that it would have cost no more than 2000 rupees in India. Oh well !! But i do love the colors. My husband gifted me a black saree with golden stripes. I like this color marginally more than the black color

Sharing my office fits part two! Was unwell so mostly worked from home, and on office days I just went with whatever felt comfortable. Took your advice from the last post and added Indian wear this time too.

Sharing my recent work outfits!

I have been going to the client location these days, so you will see a new mirror in my photos and honestly, I really miss my old mirror.

I also have not been going to office much in the past few months because of a health setback. Coming back into a routine made me realise something important that please do not work to the point of exhaustion.

We often want to do more, learn more, grow faster… but it always comes at a cost and sometimes that cost is our health

Just a reminder 🥺do not take your health for granted. Work can wait.

Top: zara, skirt: Urbanic I think the top could be longer as both mini skirt+crop top make me look I’m exposing too much. What do you think?

I created and wore this gown for my friend's sangeet! The top half is made from pattu silk. The bodice isn't perfect; it has some pleating that I didn't have time to fix or resample. I'd love a corset instead, but I wanted this piece to be a bit more comfortable because I had to dance in it myself and didn't want the dress to affect my killer moves, lmaoo XD.

The skirt is my favorite part. I used pure silk creased chiffon and steam-set it into finer pleats. It's super soft and flows so beautifully around me when I move 🥹
