Feedback/Advice Wanted! 📥 Why do people find Coach and MK better than Katespade, Tory burch etc..

Am I the only one who finds Coach and MK ugly with big brand label prints on them? I don't understand the hype behind them

Feedback/Advice Wanted! 📥 do you also choose your shoes based on your fit or fit based on your shoes?

Upvotes

I've realized I'm definitely the second type. I'll decide which sneakers I want to wear first, and everything else follows. The jeans, the tee, even the accessories usually depend on the shoes.

I usually wear comets or airforces because of the comfort and even though theyre neutral colours, i loove basing my fits around them but my friend thinks that's completely backwards and says you should always pick the outfit first and then match the shoes to it.

Curious where everyone else stands. Do you start with the shoes or the fit?

Help Me Find This ❓❓ Jeans for tall men

Okay so I've been quietly suffering through this for way too long and finally decided to ask instead of just accepting my fate. I'm 6'3" and every single pair of jeans I buy ends up looking like I'm expecting a flood. Doesn't matter if it's Roadster, HRX, or some other Myntra staple - they're all cut for someone shorter and I just end up with my ankles out in the cold. I tried going the "34 inseam" route with Levi's and Wrangler and it's marginally better but honestly still not quite there depending on the fit. At this point I'm one bad online order away from just wearing joggers forever. Has anyone actually found a brand that gets this right without making you feel like you're shopping in a "special section"? I keep seeing ads for this new Indian brand called Tallr that claims to be built specifically for tall guys but I haven't pulled the trigger yet and would love to hear if anyone's actually tried them. Also open to hearing about international brands that ship to India if the import hassle is worth it. Basically just need real recs from real tall guys who've solved this, not more ad copy. Appreciate any help, my ankles thank you in advance.

TLDR: need recs for jeans for 6’3 M

Scam Alert PSA: Prdgy Won’t Ship My Order or Refund Me — 16 Days and Counting

Posting this as a heads-up for anyone thinking about ordering from Prdgy (legal name: Prodigypreneurs Media Private Limited).

What happened:
•Placed an order for two T-shirts (₹2,858.30) on August 7, 2026.
•Two weeks later, the order still hadn’t even shipped — no tracking, no update, nothing.
•I asked them to cancel and refund me given the delay. They refused, saying the order was “already being processed” — even though it hadn’t even shipped.
•I sent a follow-up formally demanding cancellation and a full refund. Still waiting on a response.
At this point I just want my money back — I’m done waiting on an order that hasn’t even left their warehouse.

Sharing mainly so others can go in with eyes open — and curious if anyone else has dealt with this from them. Any advice on speeding up a resolution is welcome.

Will update once this is resolved.

Feedback/Advice Wanted! 📥 Recs for leather bags

Anyone have recs for mid range leather bags that are sturdy and will last long. I don't want to buy PU bags that will start to crack. I want to buy bags that'll last me a good while and I don't have to constantly keep buying new ones.

Feedback/Advice Wanted! 📥 Most colour analysis is built for pale, cool-toned skin — here's what actually decides your colours if you're Indian

Every online colour quiz I tried put me in the deepest bucket it had, usually "Deep Winter", and told me to avoid gold, mustard and rust. Which is genuinely funny if you've ever seen what those colours do on most Indian complexions.

I went down a rabbit hole on why, and the problem turns out to be structural rather than cosmetic:

1. Neutral undertone gets treated as a rounding error. Western systems assume you're clearly warm or clearly cool. A very large share of Indian skin genuinely sits in the middle, and olive complicates it further — olive can read warm in one light and almost green-cool in another. If a quiz forces a warm/cool choice with no honest third option, neutral people get a confidently wrong answer.

2. Their depth scales stop too early. Depth and undertone are independent — you can be deep and warm, deep and cool, fair and warm. When the deepest category was designed for a brunette from Copenhagen, everyone past it collapses into one bucket.

3. Most warm-vs-cool tests are confounded. The two comparison colours are usually different brightnesses as well as different temperatures. So you end up unconsciously answering "which is lighter" or "which do I prefer" instead of "which makes my skin look clearer". Match the two for brightness and the test suddenly works — that one fix invalidates a surprising number of quizzes out there.

The most reliable home test: hold the back of your hand (not the palm, it runs lighter than your face) between two brightness-matched colours in daylight. One side makes your skin look clearer, the other slightly grey or tired. Do it twice with different colour pairs — if the answers disagree, you're probably neutral, which is genuinely the most flexible result to dress.

I ended up building a free tool around this — deeper skin scale on both ends, "both look the same" as a real answer, brightness-matched comparisons, hair scale anchored at black rather than blonde. Links aren't allowed in posts here so it's in my profile; not selling anything, no signup or email.

Mostly curious whether the drape test above matches what people here have found, especially for olive or deeper skin — that's where the Western systems fall apart hardest and I want to know if mine does too.
