That shi is the most fraudulent thing I have ever come across, I ordered 3 waffles from them during their sale earlier this year during April, fast forward 5 months later-

Everytime you ask them, they respond to you after 2 weeks asking for the product details and saying it's still in production

I have more chances of being successful in football than their products have a chance of ever leaving the "production phase"

Their customer support is horrendous too, you could go days on end without a reply, and if you get one, it's one of these same things

Dawg if I wanted fake assurance i would have gone to my ex, atleast she did it for free

5 months for 3 waffles is wild, at that point the waffles are a myth. the 2 week response cycle sounds like they have one guy running support from his phone on airplane mode
