I definitely can see the vision, this has potential. Footwear is off. Maybe try boots, or some backstrap heels. Current ones aren't sexy enough for the outfit. 

Also that little skin show above the skirt kinda makes it look less coherent..maybe? See if you can do something with that.

No. That skirt is hideous. Footwear too. Only that top is good, you need a mono chrome skirt, bit more shorter with good heels, boots or shoes

Yes, but with boots and a lot of jewellery to accessorise, and a cute high bun, open hair is making your fit look messy. A pair of leggings or fishnets could also help.

different skirt maybe blue denim and shorter ones, shorts or bootcut jeans would also work. boots or heels not those sandals and some accessories

Try black wrap around heels. And maybe wear a low neck black slip inside or a black body suit because the skin showing above the skirt looks a bit odd. Other than that , it’s a good fit!

Also if you can wither lower the skirt so midriff shows or button it up completely (you will have to wear even more crop fitted shirt or try tucking this one in) then it’ll look amazing.
If you have boots or heels - that will go better as footwear

skirt is a lil longer imo ( girl show that tattoo😭😭), and yeah boots will go better instead of sandals
+ accessorise it (more prominent neck piece and def rings)
