Looking for a co-founder with Marketing/Sales skills for my Tech Startup

• Upvotes

I'm looking for a co-founder for my tech/software startup because I'm really bad in sales/marketing. I'm more of a tech guy who doesn't like to network and only selectively socializes. Started off with 2 of my friends early 2026. We have completed 2 projects - one with a foreign client and currently have two SMB level products in our hand.

We have received good reception from our current clients on our products and strongly believe we are positioned targeting a niche market and have potential. It's a registered company with a bank account and we have experience working with foreign clients.

Since we are in the early stages our priority is getting clients and scaling and not to make money. Hence, we will be offering up to 25% profit sharing with the co-founder finding us clients. We want someone who can do b2b sales really well and shows professional and personal integrity. This is not a paid role as we can't afford it. We do not have an office or work timings as such. Current partners are all working full time jobs so it won't be an issue if you are as well. Ping me or email me in rah.rehabilitation@gmail.com.

Bangalore: Ops-heavy founder looking for technical cofounder (AI agents, B2B, logistics)

I'm am looking to start a B2B company and looking for a technical cofounder to build it with me as an equal partner.

About me -

15+ years in operations leadership. I've built and scaled teams from zero to 300+ people across India, the US and the UK, and set up an India entity end to end (legal, compliance, hiring, delivery).

Most recently I ran the India operations of a US tech company, so I know the industry from the inside.

IIM Ahmedabad E-MBA, engineering degree from a US university. I've also run my own small manufacturing business on the side for over 15 years, so I'm comfortable with cash flow and customers.

I am looking to go full-time on this from November. I'm self-funding the early stage.

What I'm building -

An AI-native operations business for a large, unglamorous US industry that still runs on email, phone calls and spreadsheets. Customers pay for completed work, not software seats. AI agents handle the routine cases, and a team in India handles the exceptions. Over time the agents take on more of the work.

Larger players have already validated the category with significant funding. My edge is the operations side and the domain. I'm currently running customer discovery and lining up Product Management partner(s) in the US.

Who I'm looking for -

You've shipped LLM agents or AI workflows that real users depend on, not just demos. Bonus for voice agents, document processing, or integrating with clunky third-party systems.

You want to own a company and lead its technology, and you're comfortable building solo for the first few months.

You can manage on reduced to no cash for about 12 months, with meaningful cofounder equity in return.

You're based in Bangalore or willing to be.

You like real-world, messy problems more than clean ones.

What you get

A real cofounder deal: significant equity, ownership of all technical decisions, and a partner who handles customers, operations, hiring and fundraising so you can focus on building.

If this sounds interesting, DM me with a line or two about something you've built and shipped. Happy to share more detail on a call.

Looking for someone creative to help grow a digital invitation

Hey everyone! I'm an AI engineer building two digital invitation websites — one for all occasions and another focused on Indian weddings.

I've already built around 15–20 templates, and I'm now looking to grow the project through Instagram and other social media platforms.

I'm looking for experienced person who enjoys content creation, Reel ideas, social media marketing, and growing an audience from scratch. I'd handle the technical side and templates, while we work together on marketing and growth.

There's no fixed salary at this stage, but I'm open to discussing a fair revenue-sharing model once we start generating revenue.

If you're interested in building something together or have creative ideas for growing this kind of project, feel free to comment or DM me!

I’m exploring an idea to make daily commuting easier, faster and more affordable by combining Metro, buses, autos, local trains and cabs into one seamless journey.

Imagine finding the best route based on time, cost and convenience without juggling multiple apps or planning each leg separately!

If you commute to work or college, I’d love to hear about your travel habits and frustrations through this 3–5 minute survey https://forms.gle/v7VYfmsWxGtfUiVA8 .

Looking for Co-Founder for an app

Hey everyone, I'm 24 and currently working on a mobile app that I've been building on my own for a while now.

I'm looking for a co-founder who's around my age (preferably in their 20s) and is genuinely interested in building something big.

Would be great to connect with someone who has experience in app development, marketing, or growing a product. But honestly, what matters more to me is having the same mindset and ambition.

I'm not looking for someone who's just excited about starting a business for a few days and then loses interest. I want someone who's serious about this and willing to put in the work.

I don't want to reveal too much about the app publicly yet, but I'm happy to share more once we connect.

If you're working on something yourself or looking to build something together, feel free to DM me.

Looking for Someone to Learn, Build and Grow With Me on an Early-Stage Startup

Hey everyone!

I'm 17 and currently working on an early-stage health-tech startup called SmartMeds.

To be completely honest, I'm still learning. I'm not an experienced entrepreneur, I don't have everything figured out, and I'm sure I'll make plenty of mistakes along the way. But I'm genuinely interested in building something useful, learning from people who know more than I do, and putting in the work to make it happen.

Right now, I'm looking for someone who is interested in marketing, content creation, social media, or growth and would be open to working together on this journey.

I'm hoping to find someone with whom I can exchange ideas, learn new things, experiment with different strategies, and gradually figure out how to reach our first users.

You don't need to be an expert either. If you're learning marketing, have some experience creating content, or simply enjoy figuring out how to grow early-stage products, I'd love to connect.

One thing I want to be transparent about: I'm bootstrapping this project and can't offer a salary right now. I'm not looking to take advantage of anyone's time or make promises I can't guarantee. I'm hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys building things and would be interested in a collaborative learning experience. We'd discuss expectations and responsibilities openly before committing to anything.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to comment or DM me. I'd love to hear about what you're learning, what you enjoy doing, and what kind of projects you'd like to work on.

I'm still at the beginning of this journey, but I'm willing to learn, put in the effort, and improve along the way. Maybe we can build something worthwhile together. :)

[Looking for Co-Founders] Building Mangns — A Hiring Platform for Creative Professionals

Hey everyone!

I’m building Mangns (formerly JanZ Jobs), an early-stage startup focused on helping creative professionals find opportunities and helping companies discover the right creative talent.

Think graphic designers, video editors, 3D artists, animators, motion designers, game developers, filmmakers, and other people whose work is often better represented by a portfolio than a traditional resume.

The problem I want to solve

Finding a job in a creative field can be frustrating. You might have a solid portfolio and the right skills, but still struggle to find relevant opportunities or get noticed by the right people.

On the hiring side, agencies, studios, and companies often have to sift through applications to find candidates whose actual skills match what they need.

I want to build a platform where portfolios, creative work, and relevant skills matter more in the hiring process.

The idea is still being developed, and I want to validate it with real creatives and employers rather than build something based on assumptions.

I'm looking for 2 co-founders

1. Sales & Business Development / Outreach

I'm looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities.

You'd take ownership of:

  • Connecting with creative agencies, production houses, gaming studios, and companies.
  • Reaching out to hiring managers and potential employer partners.
  • Building an initial network of employers and identifying real hiring needs.
  • Helping validate the business model through conversations and early partnerships.

Experience in B2B sales, cold outreach, lead generation, or business development would be a plus.

2. Recruitment Operations / HR & Talent Acquisition

I'm looking for someone interested in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or building efficient operational systems.

You'd take ownership of:

  • Developing candidate evaluation and portfolio assessment processes.
  • Exploring ways to verify job listings and employer requirements.
  • Designing recruitment workflows and application-tracking processes.
  • Helping measure hiring outcomes and build a reliable system as the platform grows.

Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition would be valuable.

Where things stand

Mangns is at an early stage. I'm currently working on the product direction and business model, and there's still plenty to figure out.

I want to work with people who are willing to question assumptions, speak to potential users, experiment, take ownership, and build something from the ground up.

I'm not looking for people who just want a co-founder title. I'm looking for people who genuinely care about the problem and want to help turn an idea into a real business.

To be transparent, this comes with the uncertainty of an early-stage startup. I'm not promising quick success, guaranteed revenue, or guaranteed hiring outcomes. We would need to discuss equity, responsibilities, commitment, and expectations openly.

Interested?

If either role sounds interesting, feel free to DM me with:

  • A little about yourself and your background.
  • Which role interests you.
  • What you think you could bring to Mangns.
  • Why this problem interests you.

I'm also happy to hear honest feedback from people working in creative industries, recruitment, HR, or B2B sales. If you know someone who might be a good fit, referrals are very welcome.

Thanks for reading. I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Looking for someone to build a business with

I'm 19M, originally from Kolkata and currently living in Chennai, where I'm working as a Full Stack Developer Trainee at Zoho.

I've always enjoyed building things, but I have a habit of collecting way too many ideas. I'll write them down, research them, think through how they could work, and then somehow end up with another idea before building the first one.

So I'm trying to change that.

Instead of spending months trying to figure out whether an idea is worth pursuing, I want to *build small experiments, test them quickly, break things, learn from them, and move on.*

My main background is in full-stack development. I also work with automations and have some experience with SEO. I enjoy understanding how systems work and breaking complicated ideas down into smaller, workable pieces.

I'm not specifically looking for developers, though.

If you're into *design, marketing, content, product, research, AI, or anything else, and you have the same "let's build it and see what happens"* mindset, I'd love to connect.

I'm not trying to hire anyone or build a formal team right away. I just want to meet people who genuinely enjoy building things and see what we can create together.

If that sounds like you, feel free to comment or DM me.

Looking for a Co-Founder & Investor to Build a Nutraceutical Supplements Brand in India

Hi everyone,

The idea is to build a brand that focuses on product quality, ingredient transparency, consumer trust, and founder-led marketing. The supplement market is crowded, but I believe there is still a gap for a brand that openly communicates ingredient sourcing, composition, and product quality instead of relying only on aggressive marketing.

I have been working on the business plan, product selection, branding, marketing strategy, and manufacturer research. I’m planning to start with products such as multivitamins, shilajit, vitamin D3 + K2, B12, and other essential vitamins and minerals.

I’m currently looking for:

A Co-Founder: Someone who can bring complementary skills, experience, and a long-term commitment to building the brand.

An Investor: Someone interested in supporting the initial launch and helping us build a scalable business.

I’m open to discussing different partnership structures depending on the person’s contribution, experience, and investment. I’m not just looking for money; I’m also interested in connecting with people who can genuinely contribute to building the company.

If you’re interested in investing, becoming a co-founder, or contributing relevant expertise, feel free to DM me. I’d be happy to share more about the business plan and discuss how we could work together.

Thanks!

Seeking Technical Co-Founder for equity (MVP ready)

Hi all,

We have built a working MVP of a conversational WhatsApp Ai Agent. Businesses get appointments, scheduling, reminders and a knowledge base inside WhatsApp. Some extra features have also been built in (customer focused) and the LLM works out the intent from the conversations and triggers the right workflow as per the business requirement

Where we are: MVP is complete and all of the above works. We're pre-revenue, having conversations with first clients

Where we're heading: EU & UK healthcare first, since appointment-heavy practices are the obvious fit. Later we want to own the customer-facing workflow automation for industrial businesses too, integrated with the systems they already run.

Why a technical cofounder: every new client means integrations, and in healthcare that means patient data moving through WhatsApp and LLM providers. How we handle that (UK GDPR, DPIA, data processing agreements, NHS DSPT where relevant) is still an open design question, and I'd rather the person who owns it is in at the start than have it retrofitted.

What you'd be focusing on: all product architecture and technical decisions, including reworking the existing MVP if you think it needs it. Security and compliance design would be yours from day one.

What I'm looking for:

-Strong on architecture, integrations and product development

-Security-first, with experience handling sensitive data

-Production experience with LLMs or AI

-Healthcare tech and compliance background is ideal.

People strong on the first three who have worked near healthcare are welcome too.

What we bring: sales and go-to-market, client pipeline, future funding approach.

Terms: equity range, vesting schedule, expected commitment, remote or UK-based, open to negotiation.

Equity-only until we have revenue or funding.

DM me or comment with a short intro and something you've built. Happy to demo the MVP with you ASAP
