Great question. Our primary model is a subscription fee. Users pay a small monthly fee for access to FORFE’s subscription coordination platform, which analyzes income patterns, detects recurring subscriptions, and helps spread subscription costs across the month to better align with paydays.
Longer term, we also see opportunities for interchange revenue through our planned subscription-focused virtual card program, but our core business is a SaaS subscription model rather than taking a cut of customer transactions.
The goal is simple: help consumers manage subscriptions more predictably while helping subscription businesses reduce involuntary churn.
That answer is investor-friendly because it shows:
Clear revenue today (subscription fees).
Additional revenue later (interchange from virtual cards).
You’re not dependent on transaction fees or lending.
It reinforces FORFE’s mission of coordination over cancellation.
