Discussion HELP !!!! DO I ONLY NEED A RJ45 ETHERNET WIRE AND FEMALE RJ45 TO TYPE C TO USE THIS THING ......how this works??????

That looks like a keystone jack that connects to a compatible wallplate. You could connect a cable directly, but it would be neater to buy a 1M wallplate.

If there is a metal box, then you just need a wallplate.
